Be mindful of your every thought

I wanted to write this because it’s a reminder that “We Humans” do this too often, think way ahead of our actions & assume that there is a negative on the other end. We worry about what another person is thinking, we assume most of the time, we stress & create an entire scene that plays in our head. Most of the time we find out we were wrong. I know I’ve spoke about this before but I can not speak enough about this subject because this “scene” plays itself out time & time again. Example, if we leave a message for someone & they don’t return our call right away, how many of you start to think, is that person mad at me? Did I do something wrong? Then you start second guessing yourself. Maybe I shouldn’t have called etc. etc. etc.

Most of the time we are worried for NO reason at all just spinning our wheels of negative thoughts. I would say 98% of the time, the other person isn’t even thinking along the same lines as us at all. Normally there is nothing wrong. Maybe the other person is just caught up in their own affairs of life & they will get to you as soon as they have a free moment where they can give you the proper attention & enjoy your phone call/time. Remember this is an example, you can apply this to almost any situation.

It’s a nice reminder to stay in your moment & you won’t get caught up in your past actions. What if or I shouldn’t have. You should always be true to yourself. If you are genuine & are considerate don’t hesitate to be kind & put yourself out there. It’s ok & if it’s not received the way you would like or at all, just keep moving forward without a care in the world.

When your actions are out of kindness or love you can never go wrong.

  2. This is the most amazing blog I’ve ever read in my entire life! It’s so true! I sometimes have those second thoughts too. And sometimes I receive calls and messages where they ask me what’s wrong with me, and if Im mad at them. If I dont reply, that doesnt mean Im mad, it’s just I cant reply at that time.

Thanks for sharing this blog with us!

Your blog is so true of how we can or do feel all too often. Our needs to be liked or acknowledged can make us vulnerable to our imaginations running wild sending out strands of fear and insecurities. It would be so much better if we could switch these reactions off and just accept and believe in ourselves.

The music for this website is absolutely divinely relaxing. Thank you so much for your insight and wisdom.

  4. im the same as Kristina, Sam its so nice to have more than one person thinking the same way as you. Reading your blog I can relate to alot of it. Keep writing.
